Refunds
We do not issue refunds on any purchased item.
How we handle returns
Please select your downloads with care as no refunds will be given. If any download is corrupt or unplayable, please forward it to us at thesuntones@gmail.com and we will promptly send you a replacement file.
If your T-shirt does not fit the intended wearer due to a mis-ordered size, please send the original T-shirt back to us and we will replace the item ONCE with the same in another size. The returned item MUST be in as-new resaleable condition. Postage on returns and replacement of misordered T-shirts are at the purchaser’s cost.
If your CD is unplayable or otherwise damaged, or your CD or T-shirt is damaged in any way, please return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a replacement at our cost. Please enclose proof of purchase with the returned item.
